APE Tails are precision-machined (6061 T6 aircraft aluminum) tail sections for your arrows. Simply remove 2-3/4" from the nock end of your arrows and install standard RPS inserts. APE Tails balance your arrows by adding weight to the tail end to counter broadhead/tip weight. Adding APE Tails to your arrows stiffens arrow spine, which drastically reduces arrow oscillation, meaning your arrows stabilize much more quickly. APE Tails are also easy to fletch. Simply slide out the old vane and slide in the new one. Package of 6 tails.
